Standard Rates

Support and Maintenance:

£60 for the first hour. Thereafter £30 per half hour.

Consultation and Project Management.

£250 per half day. £450 per full day. Price available on request for longer projects.

Remote Access & VPN and Internet Services

Installation and configuration of equipment is charged at the support rate.

Consultation and project management of Remote Access, VPN and Internet Services are charged at the Consultation & PM rate.

Networking.

A site survey to assess the scope of the networking project is required prior to any estimate or quotation being provided by UpSource Ltd. There is no charge levied for the initial site survey visit. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

Training

Training packages are custom made for each client. Please contact UpSource Ltd with your training requirements for a no-obligation quote.

Notes:
i) The above prices are standard rates for UpSource Ltd services.
ii) All prices include labour only, and do not include any other component, equipment or software which may be required to perform the services. If any hardware or software is required, the cost must be met by the customer.
iii) All prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the standard rates, currently 17.5%.
iv) Prices are subject to change at any time prior to UpSource Ltd's acceptance of a request for the provision of services.
