UpSource Ltd do not charge any call-out fees for residential customers in the Glasgow area, you only pay for the time we spend on site or for the service performed. UpSource Ltd offers services on a fixed fee or hourly rate basis and all of our repair and troubleshooting services come with a 30 day guarantee.

Repairs and troubleshooting services are available for PCs and laptops from all major brands including HP, Compaq, Dell, Packard Bell, Fujitsu, Siemens, NEC and Tiny. We can also service built-to-order or other non-branded computer systems that use Windows 95,98,Me,2000 or XP.

Upgrade services are available for residential users. We can install new components into your PC including hard disks, memory, CD/DVD drives, and component cards. We can also advise you if a particular upgrade will be compatible with your computer, because there's no point spending £50 or more on a new graphics card if your existing PC doesn't have the correct interface to use it.

Internet services are available for both dial-up and broadband connections from any UK ISP, including AOL, Tiscali, BT, Demon, NTL, Telewest, Wanadoo, Bulldog and MSN. If you are having problems connecting, slow browsing or downloads, missing content, or unexpected disconnections, UpSource Ltd can help resolve your internet problems.

Repairs UpSource Ltd offers a rapid response service for faults that develop in your home computer. We can repair hardware and software faults in most makes and models of home computer.	Troubleshooting Slow running PC, software crashes, error messages, and unexpected shutdowns are frustrating and often the first sign of a more serious problem. UpSource Ltd offer a full diagnostic service to troubleshoot and repair these issues.
Upgrades Upgrading your PC is a cheaper alternative to replacing it. Many home users are put off upgrading because it involves openning the computer and removing and fitting components.
